Diploma in Economics (Economics),
Trainer & Consultant
As a freelance trainer and consultant, I have been supporting people, groups and organizations on their way to better results for over 30 years. I have specialized in strategic questions and communication processes in organizations and companies and work with various techniques of moderation and process support. Learning and teaching are what define me. I am curious. Since I left university, I have been constantly educating myself. The clear focus is on methods that deal with how we do things. First of all, this is clear communication, visualization and moderation. Then it is about the design of our relationships, we always work in relationships, i.e. with and for others. In this way, I pay further attention to the entire social structure in which we act and look for improvements in the current situation. My first employer after studying economics was the Hans Böckler Foundation (1993-2003), where I gained my first project experience. From 1995 onwards, I carried out consultations and training there. Since the late 1990s, I have been using Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication, which I have been passing on in events and seminars since 2003. In 2003, I moved to Argentina, where I was able to live, learn and teach for almost 20 years. This time had a strong impact on me both personally and professionally. In addition to my freelance work as a consultant, I co-founded the first training course for organizational constellations in Buenos Aires and worked as a trainer and, for a time, manager in a constellation center. This experience enabled me to further develop and apply my methods in an intercultural context. The Latin American perspective on communication and interpersonal relationships enriches my work to this day. Since 2017, I have been working intensively with the U-Theory, an innovative approach to promoting change and innovation. This method has fundamentally transformed my work and significantly expanded my ability to support profound change processes. A particular focus is on incorporating body awareness (Social Presencing Theatre), which leads to a more holistic and sustainable transformation. I have been living in Germany again since 2020 and am actively building bridges between the two cultures with which I feel deeply connected. The bicultural experience flows into my work and enables me to look at complex situations from different perspectives and develop creative solutions. I use my understanding of both cultures to promote intercultural communication and support teams more effectively in global contexts. In most situations in life, I manage to see the positive - an important quality in a world that is often characterized by criticism and dissatisfaction. Over the years, I have acquired many methods that can be used to transform discontent into positive action. I use this ability, coupled with my enthusiasm, to inspire and motivate people. I participate in peer groups on non-violent communication and constellations and am an active member of the international U-Theory community (www.presencing.org/ https://www.u-school.org/). I work in English, Spanish and my native language, German.
